Jane Fonda's 2005 Complete Workout and Stress Reduction Program are two workout programs on 1 DVD.
The Complete Workout is designed to maximize your fat burning potential, increase muscle tone, strength and flexibility. You can use it as two 45 minute sessions or 1 complete 70 minute set.
The Stress Reduction Workout is a 20 minute, low impact session followed by a 20 minute full body stretch and 15 minute stress reduction program.
